Recommended Dose: Adults take 1 softgel 2 times daily or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications.

Ingredient Amount Thyme Essential Oil (Thymus vulgaris) 183 mg Oregano Essential Oil (Origanum vulgare) providing 55 mg carvacrol 100 mg Sage (Salvia officinalis) 5.5:1 leaf extract equivalent to 412.5 mg of sage 75 mg Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis) 5:1 leaf extract equivalent to 250 mg of lemon balm 50 mg Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Rice bran oil, gelatin, glycerin, water, silicon dioxide, annatto extract, and lecithin.
